Where will you be?

What will you do?

• Select agencies and advise on terms and performance.
• Discuss internal capacity needs and planning, ensuring optimal alignment with required knowledge, competencies, and skills within set rates and budgets.
• Maintain up-to-date (hourly) administration.
• Evaluate the performance of temporary employees with managers for conversion to permanent employment.
• Monitor the fixed/flexible ratio and the balance between demand and supply of flexible personnel, providing advice to the HR Business Partner.
• Act as the first point of contact for managers regarding the flexible workforce and related HR questions.
• Coach and advise managers and executives on the handling and performance of temporary employees.

Who are you?

• Proactive, with a high level of ownership, responsibility, and willingness to ask questions when necessary.
• Result-oriented, delivering work on time and according to set standards.
• Team player, bridging internal stakeholders and external parties.
• Strong affinity/experience with recruitment from the "agency side," technical staffing is a plus.
• Flexible, comfortable in a dynamic environment and quick to adapt to changing situations.
• Structured, naturally working according to a clear plan and prioritizing tasks.
