QA/QC Manager

What will you do? As a QA/QC Manager at Sif, you will be responsible for ensuring and safeguarding the quality from order to final delivery, ensuring compliance with established quality standards. We have a Manager QA/QC for both our locations in Roermond and MV2. You will be based in Roermond. You'll have an analytical and advisory role regarding quality deviations, ensuring compliance with all specified requirements for (partial) product deliveries to the customer and the as-built dossier.
As a QA/QC Manager, you'll ensure the quality of our products and processes, leading our QA/QC team and collaborating closely with various departments within the company to ensure all operational activities meet the required standards and specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Developing, implementing, and maintaining QA/QC procedures and policies
- Leading internal and external audits to ensure compliance with quality standards
- Establishing KPIs and performance indicators for quality and continuous improvement
- Identifying quality issues and initiating corrective actions
- Maintaining good relationships with suppliers and customers regarding quality matters
- Leading training and workshops to increase awareness of quality standards
- Reporting to management on the performance of the QA/QC program
Where will you be working? You'll join the Quality department in Roermond, responsible for ensuring services and processes, improving and monitoring quality. The department provides advisory support during tender phases regarding specified quality requirements and aims for possible alternatives within these requirements to meet quality standards aligned with the company's policies and strategies. Additionally, the department ensures the implementation and safeguarding of processes, systems, procedures, and instructions to meet the specified quality requirements of a project.
At our Roermond location, steel subcomponents and final products are produced, while at the MV2 location, the complete monopile is assembled and coated for delivery to the customer. Inspection is carried out through various measurements such as flange measurements, attachment location, lengths, diameters, circumferences using tools including easy laser, total station, and photogrammetry.

You possess:
- Bachelor's degree, supplemented with an IWE certification, visual welding inspector VT-w2 certification, or IWI-C certification and VCA-VOL certification
- Knowledge of the offshore industry, welding techniques, and quality systems
- Leadership skills
- Proficiency in English
