Responsibilities

As a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and hiring qualified candidates who align with our company culture and support our growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with various departments to identify recruitment needs and develop and implement effective hiring strategies. You will be a key player in the process of attracting and retaining talent within our organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify recruitment needs and draft job profiles and vacancy texts.
• Actively search for suitable candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, networking, and universities.
• Screen resumes and applications, and conduct telephone and in-person interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule job interviews with hiring managers and potential candidates.
• Manage the entire recruitment process.
• Maintain contact with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Contribute to building a strong employer brand and promoting our company image as an employer of choice.
• Report on recruitment statistics and provide insights to improve the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment.
• Proven experience in recruiting diverse profiles at various levels.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proactive attitude and ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.
• Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment practices.
• Experience with recruitment software and systems is a plus.
