Culture
The culture at Sif is no-nonsense and informal. Employees are solution-oriented, have a lot of brainpower and are willing to help each other. We currently have around 625 colleagues: 500 in Roermond, 125 at Maasvlakte 2. Our employees have diverse backgrounds and come from more than 21 countries! Headquarters is located in Roermond where there are four office buildings and twelve production halls. In Rotterdam, Sif has a 62-hectare site where there are two large production halls, six coating halls and an office building. In production we work in three shifts.
Many of our employees have been working for Sif for decades. Their trade-related knowledge and experience is enormously valuable for new colleagues.
